Do I need a hearing test first?
No test is required to buy. The Minura Pro is a self-fit aid for mild to moderate hearing difficulty. That said, a hearing check is always sensible — and you should see a GP or audiologist first if your hearing loss is sudden, in one ear only, or comes with pain, discharge or dizziness.
Will they whistle or produce feedback?
The Minura Pro uses feedback control designed to reduce whistling. Most whistling is caused by a poor seal, so choosing the right silicone tip size from the ones included usually solves it. If it persists, our team will help you get the fit right.
Will they fit my ears?
They come with several sizes of soft silicone tips to suit most ear canals. If you can't get a comfortable, secure fit, you're covered by the 30-day money-back trial.
How do I set them up?
Charge them in the case, fit a comfortable tip, switch them on and pop them in. To use app control, download the free app and follow the on-screen steps. The included guide walks you through it, and our support team is available if you'd like a hand.
How long does the battery last?
Up to around 16 hours of use on a full charge, with extra top-ups from the charging case during the day. A full charge takes a couple of hours.
