How to cancel your order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at help@claritytone.co.uk with your order number and request.

What if my order has already shipped?

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, we kindly ask that you wait for your delivery to arrive and then follow our standard returns process if you wish to send the item back.
  • The return must include all original packaging and accessories.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds for cancelled orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 1 to 10 business days of confirmation.
